The Centenary - The Celebration

Arthur Voaden Vocational School was opened in 1926 which means the 100th Anniversary of the school is just around the corner and the Red Devils and the Vikings of the past need to celebrate.

The Committee for this event has decided that this will be called the Centenary Celebration.  "Centenary" refers to a 100th anniversary or its celebration, but "centenary" is more common in British English and "centennial" is more common in American English.  During this event, we encourage "years" or "school groups" to have their own REUNIONS during the free time of our celebration.  Let us know the details and we will include it in our programs so your class / group knows where to go.
